When I had my PS3 in high school, I would have been fucked tho bc my mom would have never subscribed to an online service and that was when I was at my peak COD Black Ops playing lol

But then my brother had a PS4 and she did just subscribe to Plus for him so maybe she would have

I just hate that PlayStation puts their cloud saves behind a paywall. Nintendo too

Xbox and Steam do it for free

Yeah that's very annoying, I almost lost my PS4 red dead 2 save bc I didn't have plus when it died

I just booted up a doom save from 4 years ago

Thankfully after 3 attempts it stayed on long enough to transfer the data to my PS5

I think you even have to have the most expensive tier of plus for cloud gaming which i still don't even have

Bc the only extra benefits are classic games and cloud saves but it's like an extra $60 a year for it

Where the tier I have has all the modern free games and monthly games

I have the one right above this where I get the game library too but it's a lot more expensive
