Friday Night SmackDown
December 13th 2024

The show kicks off with WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax’s music hitting. The crowd rains down heavy boos as Nia Jax walks out confidently with Alexa Bliss by her side, both looking smug after last week’s brutal betrayal of Tiffany Stratton. They enter the ring, soaking in the hostile reaction from the crowd. Nia raises the microphone with a calm, cold smirk.

Nia Jax (calm, smug): Let’s not pretend last week was some great shock. Tiffany Stratton had been a liability for far too long.

The boos grow louder.

Nia Jax: Week after week, she got in the way. She was too busy worrying about herself, her little Money in the Bank briefcase, and making everything about her. And you know what, Alexa?

Nia turns slightly toward Alexa, who’s smiling wide.

Nia Jax: You were right all along. Tiffany was going to stab me in the back sooner or later. So instead… I did it first.

The crowd boos heavily as Alexa claps and nods approvingly.

Alexa Bliss (smirking): Sometimes, Nia… you just have to take out the trash before the trash tries to take you out.

Nia grins, proud.

Nia Jax: And now, with Tiffany out of the picture, my focus is exactly where it belongs — next week’s TLC match with Bayley. Bayley, you’ve scratched and clawed your way to this opportunity. But you’re about to learn the same lesson everyone else has — no one is taking this championship from me.

Suddenly, Bayley’s music hits. The arena explodes in cheers as Sasha Banks and Bayley walk out onto the stage. Sasha is fired up while Bayley locks eyes with Nia, laser-focused.

Bayley (serious, intense): Nia, you think you’re untouchable? You think you’re unstoppable? All you’ve done is leave a trail of bodies behind you — but next week, that trail ends with you. This reign of terror you’ve been so proud of? I’m putting a stop to it.

The crowd cheers as Bayley steps forward.

Sasha Banks (grinning): You like to ambush people, Nia. You like to make power plays. But how about this — instead of waiting until next week, why don’t we give these people a little preview? Right here. Right now.

The crowd roars as Sasha points toward the ring.

Sasha Banks (challenging): Nia. Alexa. How about you two step up and face the two of us… in a tag team match? Let’s see how tough you really are.

Nia chuckles slightly and looks at Alexa, who smiles confidently.

Nia Jax (smirking): You want a fight? You got it.

The crowd erupts as referees rush down to make the match official.

Sasha and Bayley storm down to the ring, and the fight is on!

Match #1: Sasha Banks and Bayley vs Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss

The bell rings as Bayley starts the match against Alexa Bliss. The crowd is red hot, firmly behind Sasha and Bayley after the heated words exchanged moments ago. Bayley charges forward, backing Alexa into the corner with a flurry of strikes. Alexa scrambles to the ropes, forcing the referee to pull Bayley off. Bayley paces with controlled aggression as Alexa smirks, trying to shake off the early onslaught. Alexa catches Bayley with a quick forearm smash, then grabs her hair and slams her face-first into the turnbuckle. She tags in Nia Jax, and the tone of the match shifts immediately. Nia steps over the ropes and towers over Bayley. She grabs Bayley by the head and tosses her halfway across the ring. Bayley stumbles up into a running body block from Nia that sends her sprawling into the corner. Bayley fights back with quick forearms to Nia’s midsection. She ducks a wild lariat and dropkicks Nia into the corner, then quickly tags in Sasha Banks to a huge pop. Sasha springboards in with a flying double knee strike to Nia’s face, staggering her. Sasha bounces off the ropes and delivers a second double knee strike, keeping Nia on the defensive.

The crowd chants "LET’S GO SASHA!" Sasha tries to lock in the Bank Statement, but Nia powers out, hoisting Sasha onto her shoulders. Sasha slips free, lands on her feet, and tags Bayley back in. Bayley charges with a flying clothesline that finally drops Nia to one knee. Sasha rushes back in with a running knee, allowing Bayley to hit a running bulldog that plants Nia flat. Bayley covers—1… 2… Alexa breaks it up! The referee forces Alexa back to her corner. Nia crawls and tags Alexa in. Alexa comes in hot, hitting a quick snap DDT on Bayley and covering—1… 2… Bayley kicks out. Alexa grows frustrated, stomping Bayley repeatedly before climbing to the second rope for Twisted Bliss, but Bayley rolls out of the way! The crowd pops as Alexa crashes hard to the mat. Bayley slowly gets up, waiting for Alexa to rise. As Alexa turns around, Bayley grabs her and plants her with the Roseplant! The crowd is on their feet as Bayley hooks the leg— 1… 2… 3!

Match Results: Sasha Banks and Bayley def. Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss (11:06)

The crowd explodes as Bayley’s music hits. Sasha slides into the ring, raising Bayley’s arm in victory. Nia looks furious on the outside, pulling Alexa out of the ring, glaring at Bayley as she holds her Women’s Championship tight. Bayley stares back confidently, sending a message loud and clear ahead of their Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match next week. SmackDown fades to commercial with tensions boiling over.

The camera cuts backstage to Roman Reigns’ locker room, dimly lit, the atmosphere heavy with tension. Roman sits on a bench, hunched forward, hands clasped, eyes burning with anger. Standing beside him is a visibly concerned Paul Heyman, wringing his hands nervously. There’s a long silence as Roman stares at the ground, the images from last week’s brutal assault on The Usos still fresh in his mind. Blood spilled. His family broken. Again. Finally, Roman speaks, his voice low, cold.

Roman Reigns (calm but furious): I thought I had everything back, Paul.

Heyman listens carefully, eyes wide with concern.

Roman Reigns: I rebuilt this. I pulled the family back together. I was in control again. And just like that… I lost everything… again.

Heyman nods slowly, trying to offer reassurance.

Paul Heyman (softly): My Tribal Chief… you will fix this. You always do. You always find a way.

Roman finally lifts his head, glaring directly at Heyman, his voice sharper now.

Roman Reigns (gritted teeth): No. This ends tonight.

Heyman’s eyes widen slightly, clearly worried where this is going.

Roman Reigns: I’m going to that ring. And I’m calling Kevin Owens out. Right in front of the whole world.

Heyman immediately steps closer, panicked.

Paul Heyman (worried, pleading): My Tribal Chief — no, no, no — that’s not wise. You know what he’s capable of. You know what he did last week. He’s dangerous, unhinged—

Roman suddenly stands up, cutting Heyman off, his voice ice cold.

Roman Reigns: You know what’s not wise, Paul?

Heyman gulps, frozen in place.

Roman Reigns (deadly serious): Messing with me. Messing with my family. Messing with The Bloodline.

Roman steps forward, standing inches from Heyman now, his voice dropping to a sinister whisper.

Roman Reigns: Tonight, I take back control.

Roman turns and storms out of the locker room, leaving Heyman standing there, swallowing hard, anxiety written all over his face as the camera lingers on him.

Match #2: The Street Profits vs Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa

The bell rings and the crowd is buzzing as Montez Ford starts the match for the Street Profits against Tama Tonga. Both men circle each other before locking up. Tama uses his aggression early, driving Ford into the corner with stiff strikes. The referee forces a break, but Tama lands a sneaky elbow to the jaw on the way out. Ford fires back with his incredible agility, ducking a clothesline, flipping off the ropes, and landing a sharp dropkick that sends Tama stumbling. The crowd pops as Ford tags in Angelo Dawkins. Dawkins comes in like a freight train, shoulder tackling Tama to the mat. He lifts Tama up for a spinning slam, covers—1… 2… Tonga Loa breaks it up. Tonga Loa storms in, prompting Montez Ford to fly back into the ring. All four men briefly brawl before the referee restores order. The match continues at a fast pace as Dawkins and Ford utilize quick tags to isolate Tama, hitting a double flapjack for another near fall. But Tama creates separation with a thumb to Dawkins’ eye, crawling to tag in Tonga Loa. Tonga Loa storms in with brute power, flattening Dawkins with a running lariat, then hoisting him up into a samoan drop.

The crowd boos as Tonga Loa drags Dawkins to his corner, tagging Tama back in. Tama and Tonga Loa deliver a double team neckbreaker combo, covering—1… 2… Dawkins kicks out! The Street Profits start to rally. Dawkins ducks a wild swing and tags in Montez Ford. Ford explodes off the top rope with a huge crossbody onto both Tama and Tonga Loa! He fires up the crowd, landing a standing moonsault on Tama— 1… 2… Tonga Loa barely saves it! The action spills to the outside where Ford launches himself with a massive dive over the top rope, taking out both members of the Bloodline tag team. The crowd is electric as Dawkins helps Ford roll Tama back into the ring. As Ford climbs the top rope for the Frog Splash, suddenly—JACOB FATU APPEARS AT RINGSIDE! The crowd boos furiously as Fatu jumps onto the apron. Ford spots him and swings, but Fatu ducks and cracks Ford with a brutal headbutt, stunning him on the top rope. Tama Tonga quickly capitalizes, pulling Ford off the turnbuckle and into position. Tonga Loa rushes in and they hit their devastating double-team sit-out powerbomb. Tama covers—1… 2… 3!

Match Results: Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa def. The Street Profits (13:10)

The boos rain down as Fatu slides into the ring and joins Tama and Tonga Loa in stomping away at the fallen Street Profits. The beatdown is vicious, with all three members of the New Bloodline laying waste to Ford and Dawkins. Suddenly — The Lucha Brothers’ music hits! The arena explodes as Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix sprint down the ramp, steel chairs in hand. They slide into the ring, swinging wildly, forcing Fatu, Tama, and Tonga Loa to retreat. The New Bloodline backs up the ramp, furious, as the Lucha Brothers stand tall with the Street Profits, daring them to come back for more. The crowd chants loudly as Penta shouts "¡CERO MIEDO!" while Rey Fenix checks on Ford and Dawkins. SmackDown fades to commercial with tensions boiling between the champions, the Profits, and the Bloodline.

The ring is bathed in red light as Tommaso Ciampa and Shinsuke Nakamura stand center stage. The crowd rains down boos after their brutal assault on Johnny Gargano last week. Ciampa holds a microphone, calm but intense, while Nakamura paces behind him with a sinister grin.

Tommaso Ciampa (cold, deliberate): You all want answers? You want to know why I did what I did last week? Why I stomped my so-called best friend into the mat?

The boos grow louder, but Ciampa continues unfazed.

Ciampa: For years, I stood beside Johnny Gargano. We bled together, we fought wars together, we built something special together. And where did that get me? Overshadowed. Forgotten. Always 'Johnny Wrestling,' never Tommaso Ciampa.

The crowd starts chanting “DIY! DIY!”, but Ciampa shakes his head.

Tommaso Ciampa (mocking): Yeah, DIY. That cute little fairytale. But fairytales don’t last forever.

He pauses, eyes narrowing.

Tommaso Ciampa (venomous): I got tired of waiting for opportunities to come to me. Tired of being the nice guy. So I made my own opportunity. I stopped pretending. And Shinsuke…

Ciampa glances at Nakamura, who smiles and bows slightly.

Tommaso Ciampa: Shinsuke understands. He saw the truth long before I did. He shares my vision and is someone that is willing to take opportunities for himself by any means necessary. Just like me. This—

He motions to the two of them.

Tommaso Ciampa: This is the future. Not clinging to the past. Not carrying dead weight.

Suddenly, Johnny Gargano’s music hits! The crowd explodes as Gargano storms out onto the stage, microphone already in hand, fire burning in his eyes.

Johnny Gargano (furious): You wanna talk about dead weight, Tommaso? You stabbed me in the back because you’re a coward. You couldn’t stand watching me get back up after everything we’ve been through. You made your choice… now you deal with the consequences.

Nakamura immediately leaves the ring, stalking up the ramp to intercept Gargano. But Johnny’s ready. He drops the mic, charges forward, and nails Nakamura with a superkick, dropping him on the ramp! The crowd erupts. Gargano sprints down to the ring, slides inside, and goes right after Ciampa, unloading with fists. The crowd is on fire as Gargano mounts Ciampa, pounding away with years of frustration pouring out. Ciampa tries to cover up, but Gargano is relentless, landing shot after shot. He pulls Ciampa up and plants him with a swinging DDT in the center of the ring! The crowd is roaring — but suddenly, Nakamura recovers and slides back into the ring. Nakamura nails Gargano from behind with a vicious spinning kick to the back of the head. Gargano crumples to the mat. Nakamura grabs him and lifts him up into the corner. Ciampa regains his bearings, wipes his mouth, and joins Nakamura. Together, they hoist Gargano onto the top rope. Ciampa positions himself — Avalanche Air Raid Crash! The crowd boos as Gargano lies broken in the ring. Nakamura kneels beside Gargano’s face, speaking softly into his ear while Ciampa stands tall, glaring coldly at the audience.

Tommaso Ciampa (cold): This... is your hero.

The camera cuts backstage where Kayla Braxton stands beside Solo Sikoa. Solo stands with his arms crossed, his usual stoic, cold expression on his face. The crowd buzzes as Solo’s presence fills the frame.

Kayla Braxton (professional, polite): Solo, first of all, congratulations on becoming the number one contender for the United States Championship last week. How are you feeling heading into this huge opportunity?

Solo keeps his gaze locked forward, barely glancing at Kayla.

Solo Sikoa (low, calm): I feel ready. This is what I’ve been waiting for. The Bloodline takes gold. That’s what we do.

Kayla nods, but carefully moves on to the question everyone wants answered.

Kayla Braxton (hesitant, curious): Solo… if you don’t mind me asking… There’s been a lot of talk about the changes within the Bloodline. Specifically, with The Rock returning and naming himself Tribal Chief. Some people have speculated that you might feel… resentful. Do you feel bitter that you’re no longer the Tribal Chief?

There’s a long pause. The camera lingers on Solo’s face. His jaw clenches slightly. His eyes shift for just a moment, but his voice remains controlled.

Solo Sikoa (firm, steady): I’m loyal. Loyal to my family. Loyal to the Bloodline. No matter what.

His words are clear, but his face tells a different story — tight lips, furrowed brow, a hint of frustration simmering beneath the surface.

Kayla Braxton (gently pressing): So... no resentment? No frustration?

Solo’s eyes narrow slightly. He turns his head, finally looking directly at Kayla, voice dropping into a slightly colder tone.

Solo Sikoa (calm but tense): I do what I’m told. The Bloodline stays strong. That’s all that matters.

Without saying another word, Solo turns and walks off, leaving Kayla standing alone as the camera lingers on his stoic but clearly conflicted expression. SmackDown fades back to the arena, leaving the lingering question hanging in the air: how long can Solo Sikoa bury what’s boiling inside?

Match #3: Naomi vs Piper Niven w/ Chelsea Green

The bell rings and Naomi circles the ring with Piper Niven, Chelsea Green shouting encouragement from ringside. Piper tries to cut Naomi off quickly with her power, but Naomi ducks under a big clothesline and peppers her with quick leg kicks. She bounces off the ropes, lands a dropkick to stagger Piper, and another dropkick that sends the powerhouse back to the corner. Naomi charges, but Piper catches her mid-run and plants her with a sidewalk slam, crushing Naomi to the mat. Piper slows the pace, grinding down Naomi with heavy forearms and a crushing body splash. She presses her weight across Naomi’s chest for a two-count, then yells at the referee while Chelsea applauds sarcastically at ringside. Naomi tries to fight back with shots to the midsection, but Piper clubs her down again. Piper drags Naomi into the corner, setting up for a cannonball, but Naomi rolls out of the way at the last second, and Piper crashes hard into the turnbuckles. Naomi uses the opening to fire up—kicks, running clothesline, and then her signature jumping kick right to Piper’s head that drops her to one knee. Naomi runs the ropes and connects with a springboard split-legged moonsault for a near fall. Chelsea jumps up on the apron, distracting Naomi just long enough for Piper to recover and slam her with a headbutt. Piper hoists Naomi up for a Michinoku Driver, but Naomi twists out, shoves Piper into Chelsea, and when Piper staggers back, Naomi rolls her up tight. One, two, three!

Match Results: Naomi def. Piper Niven (10:44)

The celebration doesn’t last long—Chelsea storms in and blindsides Naomi, stomping her down. Piper recovers and joins in, the two-on-one beatdown leaving Naomi helpless. Chelsea screams, “You don’t belong here!” as Piper crushes Naomi with a senton. Suddenly, the crowd erupts—Michin’s music hits! She charges down the ramp, sliding into the ring. Michin takes Chelsea out with a clothesline, then fires off rapid strikes at Piper, rocking the powerhouse back. Naomi gets back to her feet, and together, Naomi and Michin clear the ring, sending Chelsea and Piper scrambling to the outside. Naomi and Michin stand tall, side by side, as Chelsea pulls Piper away, yelling that this isn’t over. The crowd cheers as Naomi and Michin nod at each other, a new alliance forming in the face of the attack.

Match #4: Solo Sikoa vs Andrade

The bell rings as Solo Sikoa and Andrade circle each other. The crowd is buzzing, with Solo’s cold stare locked on Andrade, while Andrade grins confidently, bouncing lightly on his feet. They tie up and Andrade tries to use his speed, ducking under Solo’s initial grapple and delivering quick kicks to Solo’s leg, chopping him down early. Andrade follows up with a sharp dropkick to Solo’s knee, staggering him. Andrade hits the ropes and goes for a running crossbody, but Solo catches him mid-air and plants him with a spinning Samoan drop that shakes the ring. Solo methodically stalks Andrade, grounding him with hard stomps. Solo lifts Andrade and throws him into the corner, following up with a brutal running hip attack that crushes Andrade against the turnbuckles. Solo smirks as Andrade falls to his knees, gasping for air. Andrade tries to rally, countering a suplex attempt into a snap DDT, giving himself a moment to breathe. The crowd cheers as Andrade fires up, landing a running double knee strike into the corner. He covers—1… 2… Solo kicks out with authority. Andrade tries to stay on him, going for El Idolo (hammerlock DDT), but Solo powers out, shoving Andrade into the ropes and catching him on the rebound with a massive Samoan Spike! Andrade drops like a stone as Solo covers—1… 2… 3!

Match Results: Solo Sikoa def. Andrade (10:25)

The crowd boos as Solo slowly rises, emotionless, standing tall over Andrade’s fallen body. But before Solo can leave the ring — LA KNIGHT’s music hits! The crowd erupts as LA Knight storms down the ramp, entering the ring face-to-face with Solo. The tension is thick as they stare each other down. Knight mouths off confidently. Solo doesn’t waste time. He swings, but Knight blocks and fires back with stiff right hands. The crowd explodes as the two brawl wildly in the ring. Knight gains the upper hand, bouncing off the ropes for a big lariat, but Solo ducks and catches him coming back — Samoan Spike! Knight collapses as Solo stands over him, cold and dominant. The crowd showers Solo in heavy boos as he raises his arms, sending a clear message to LA Knight heading into their United States Championship clash.

The arena is buzzing as Roman Reigns’ music hits. The crowd gives a huge reaction, but the energy is electric as the Tribal Chief slowly makes his way to the ring, his face filled with cold fury after weeks of betrayal and chaos. Roman grabs a microphone and stands center ring, eyes burning with intensity.

Roman Reigns (calm but furious): Kevin Owens.

The crowd starts chanting "KO! KO!" as Roman glares into the hard camera.

Roman Reigns: Last week, you made the biggest mistake of your miserable life. You touched my family. You spilled my bloodline’s blood. You think you’ve got the upper hand? You think you’ve beaten me? You don’t understand, Kevin. This ends when I say it ends.

The crowd is buzzing as Roman paces slowly.

Roman Reigns (gritted teeth): I’m not here to play your little games. If you’ve got any guts left, you’ll walk down that ramp right now and face me.

Suddenly, the titantron flickers to life. Kevin Owens appears — standing in the parking lot. The crowd cheers loudly as Owens speaks directly to the camera, smirking.

Kevin Owens (calm, mocking): You want me to walk down that ramp? You want me to step inside that ring? Not tonight. Not in your world. If you want me, Roman... come get me.

Owens glances around the lot and chuckles.

Kevin Owens: I’m right here.

Roman’s eyes narrow. Without another word, he throws down the mic and exits the ring, storming up the ramp with a purpose. The camera follows Roman backstage, moving quickly through the halls, out into the parking lot. Roman scans the area, eyes darting around.

Roman Reigns (shouting): Where you at, Kevin?!

Suddenly — Owens attacks from behind! The crowd erupts as Owens blindsides Roman with a steel pipe, drilling him in the ribs. Roman stumbles, but fires back with right hands, and a wild brawl breaks out in the parking lot. They trade heavy shots, slamming each other into parked cars. Roman throws Owens against a steel garage door, but Owens fights back, smashing Roman’s head against the hood of a car. Out of nowhere, Jacob Fatu charges into frame! The crowd boos as Fatu blindsides Roman, leveling him with a massive lariat. Owens and Fatu immediately begin double-teaming Roman, stomping him down viciously.

Owens (yelling at Fatu): Let’s bring him inside.

Together, Owens and Fatu drag Roman through the backstage area, pulling him toward the arena as chaos spreads throughout the crowd. They emerge back into the arena, dragging the beaten Tribal Chief down the ramp and into the ring. The crowd is in stunned silence as Roman struggles to fight back but is overwhelmed. Suddenly—Cody Rhodes’ music hits! The arena explodes as Cody Rhodes sprints down the ramp, charging into the ring to save Roman. Cody blasts Owens with a right hand, then ducks Fatu’s swing and clotheslines him over the top rope! The crowd is going wild as Cody turns his attention back to Owens, unloading with rapid punches. But from behind — Randy Orton slides into the ring! RKO OUT OF NOWHERE TO CODY! The crowd gasps as Cody crashes to the mat. Owens recovers, Fatu slides back into the ring, and the three begin a vicious assault on both Cody and Roman. The crowd boos heavily as Orton, Fatu, and Owens stomp away mercilessly. Owens grabs a steel chair and drives it into Roman’s ribs, while Fatu crushes Cody in the corner with a running hip attack. Kevin Owens drops Reigns with a Stunner. Orton stands over Cody, staring coldly down at him before delivering one final RKO to Cody. The camera pans out as Owens, Orton, and Fatu stand tall over the broken bodies of Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes — laying side-by-side, completely destroyed. SmackDown fades to black in absolute carnage.
