WWE 2019: Let's Get Wild - Alternate Idea's

Mod Note
Hey y'all it's like a day until I can start a new BTB, so I wanted to continue with the post-Mania 2019 era btb idea.
However instead of just editing my current btb to replace old ideas with new one's, I will be making this new one to showcase my alternate ideas I have come up with in the meantime.

Hey y'all before I start this new btb, I just wanted to bring something to y'all attention to the format of this iteration, this will be presented in a more episodic deal.

Post-Mania News & Notes

The Night After Mania edition of Monday Night RAW, and Post-Mania edition of Tuesday Night Smackdown. Have always had a few shocks and surprises such as call ups from NXT and returns from injuries. This year however it will also see a variety of announcements being made. In regards to the future creative direction and presentation of the company going forward.

One of these company shaking announcements has been made public knowledge and it shouldn’t come as a shock to the WWE Universe. That being the future of the WWE Cruiserweight and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Also, the newly crowned double WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, basically the CWC and WTTC will continue to be on offer for all of the company’s brands. Whereas in regard to Lynch she will make appearances on both Monday Night RAW and Tuesday Night Smackdown for as long as she holds both titles.

The future of the now former WWE Universal Champion, that being the “Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar. Has become abundantly crystal clear going forward. Essentially Lesnar is not expected back anytime in the near future of the company, meaning he isn’t and won’t be factored into creative plans.

Another noticeable absence from the company has been made public knowledge post-mania. That being the Chairman of World Wrestling Entertainment, that being Vincent K McMahon. Who has decided that he will be taking a step back from the everyday running of the company going forward. With it being reported that his children, Shane and Stephanie McMahon taking over the corporate and behind the scenes running of the company. Whereas the recently retired Paul “Triple H” Levesque will be taking the top spot of the creative direction for the company going forward.

The company has also confirmed the date of the 2019 edition of the WWE Draft. With it taking place following this news report and all selections will be made public knowledge. It should be noted that both Monday Night RAW and Tuesday Night Smackdown will have a total of three spots. With these spots reserved for the two brands to pick from the company’s developmental brand aka NXT.

WWE Hall of Famer and “Glamazon” Beth Phoenix made her in ring return at WrestleMania 35. To reform the Divas of Doom tag team with Natalya Neidhart to unsuccessfully challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Going forward she will be sticking around for the foreseeable future.

Another company landscape shaking announcement that has been made public knowledge. That being that company has had its hands forced in regards to one of its ongoing business relationships. The business relationship in question was the one with the Saudi Arabian government. As a direct result of the other sponsors of WWE voicing their concern with the continuation of the relationship which forced WWE’s hands.

Finally, a trio of departures from World Wrestling Entertainment have come to light. With the first two of the departures revolving around two high profile now former WWE superstars. The first being former WWE Champion Dean Ambrose with it being stated that he has set his sights on competing for both national and international companies. Then we switch our attention to the departure of a long-term superstar in the form of Dustin “Goldust” Rhodes with it being speculated he will join All Elite Wrestling. Third and final departure from the company shouldn’t be much of a shock to the WWE Universe as it concerns a man that they were never truly behind. The man in question is Lars Sullivan who Vince McMahon was reportedly very high on but the same can’t be said of the McMahon siblings or Levesque.
