Video editing software?

Hey, I'm looking for some video editing software to try make some pretty cool Triple H videos. I was wondering if you guys knew of any?

I have Final Cut Pro X. I've worked with a lot of other editors and it's my favorite, but idk if it's for PC. I heard something about a software called vegas something back when i was searching for editors.

Youtube has a lot of reviews for these things and they'll let you see what each editor can & can't do
