It's frustrating when we keep involving ourselves in international affairs. We tend to make things worse when we intervene and don't mind our own business. If we didn't have pressing needs here in our country then I'd say go for it and try to help others. However, we have our own problems so we should focus on our people first before trying to save everyone else.

George Oswell said: “War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength.”
Plato said: “Only the dead have seen the end of war.”
Martin Luther King Jr said: “Wars are poor chisels for carving out peaceful tomorrows.”

Those quotes are the truth (at least in my opinion). It's easy to think of a peaceful world where everyone gets on well with everyone, but I'm sure I won't see that happening.

You're my new favourite member. Before you, nobody on here had heard of Lowkey before. I thought I was alone...

Such a shame he doesn't rap any more.

I am actually quite suprised anyone else knew who lowkey was.

He hasn't completely retired he did a gig with immortal technique at the end of last year but he has had alot of pressure put on him by the government for his controversial views they raided his house and everything but there is a few other good rappers that are starting to come through in the uk who have a couple of things to say about politics especially logic and also but not as much the people from high focus records.

Can't we just focus on our own country's problems first? I mean, yeah, chemical weapons being used on people is horrible, but why do WE have to be all "We'll take care of it".

America - Fuck yeah! That's why I guess.

That's what they are doing. they have to crush African/Middle Eastern countries that aren't playing ball with their oil, that way our dollar value doesn't collapse.
