That's too much. That's 1 PPV every 3 weeks, from WM until Great American Bash. It goes further as well. But really, back in the day, when they had interpromotional PPV's (until mid 2003) there were a hell of a lot less PPV's. Then, when they did seperate brand PPV's, they made them as frequent as they are now. That's fine, I get it. Each brand had a seperate PPV set, so a guy on one show was really only on PPV once every 6 weeks. Now though, they do interpromotional PPV's every time, so you see the same guys on each PPV, and you only have 3 weeks in between. Way too much IMO. Not much of a debate here, but just give your thoughts on the PPV situation.
Is there too many? And if you think yes, should WWE go back to single brand PPV's, to justify having this many, or scale back?

first of all going back to a single branded ppv is Blue..the whole point of buying ppv is to make you feel like you got your moneys worth..here you can see both brands in a single show! maybe if wrestling was a big boom like a couple of years ago it might have worked..and second 60% of wwe income comes from ppv so cutting down would mean cutting down payroll etc and losing value of stocks so no..another i do feel yout point that having ppv every 3weeks recently is way too much..i also think that in these economy wwe should lower the price ppv..i also think they should advertise more of having streaming ppv from wwe.com

they just gotta cut one, maybe two ppvs. they just gotta add a week or two more between them and it would be fine. i like them interpromotional so they can stay like that.

Sigh ive noticed this as well after ECW came back i really liked the own branded ppv like new years revolution and so on. it gave more championship matches that were intense and free(not on PPV) really hope they can come back to this meathod but there is a bad side to this no one would really enjoy some of the ppv like smackdowns Armageddon and judgement day those always seemed to suck!

I think the best thing is to have a PPV every 45 days (a month and a half as this will help to build up the storylines and the fans will be more excited to watch the PPV to see how things will end up. Things that come too fast will be forgotten too fast.
