I think the ace and 8s gets it not specifically because of the people they were in it because it was kind of a meh faction as far as the actual members, but it probably had the best written and calculated and planned out in advance storyline with one of the best leader reveals of all time when the leader is revealed during the world title match, where they also win the world title and then it just gets even better from there when they tell the story of how they planned it a year in advance on the next impact and bully just becomes a main event character out of nowhere after being a tag team wrestler for two decades plus it is just pure cinema. And they actually blew the storyline off right when they should’ve. They didn’t drag Aces out too long or anything. They had Anderson and bully fall out and Anderson beat bully and they killed it off and it was perfect.
