I've honestly been doing pretty good for awhile now, not to many bad episodes of depression. Maybe small hiccups here and there, but nothing to bad. These last two or three days however have honestly kinda just been kicking my ass. I probably slept more in these two days than I've been awake, or at least close to it. So if I'm not around to much for a few days, I'm just taking a lot of time to myself and trying to focus on positive things.
