Nothing is shocking when it comes down to Trump. He's a complete narcissist and ego maniac. Sooner his term is done the better. I sure hope the Democrats go for a youngercentre left,moderate candidate like AOC. Shes very impressive and might be the one but American politics is very different to British politics.

I was surprised he went on last. I would have bet anything that Kirk's widow Erika would have spoken last. Once Trump got up there with music and fireworks, I only listened for a few minutes then went to do the dishes. It was basically the same old speech he says every time.

I’m sure ABC is just hoping now that the memorial has come and gone that the tensions can finally die down. At least they didn’t drag this out too long. I wonder if Jimmy will corroborate if any meaningful conversations were in fact, taking place or if they just came to him last minute and said we’re lifting the suspension. I don’t believe Disney fired him though so it was most likely always going to eventually lift, but it is earlier than you would’ve expected so they must have felt the pressure of the boycotts. I heard they lost like five or six billion in market share.

Oh yeah, tons of money. People canceled streaming services, canceled vacations, weddings, a lot of different things. The stocks were dropping drastically.
