Ohtani has had four at bats (plus and intentional walk) this game. It's the 11th inning and he's pitching tomorrow. If he gets on base, I expect they'll pinch run for him.

9th Inning and beyond should be an official review instead of manager's challenge, much like they do in football.

I did not know the Dodgers were exclusively using Kershaw in the bullpen for the World Series. That changes things for how and when they use him.

Okay, either Jays get some runs on this at bat, out on the next, and 1-2-3 in the bottom of the 12th or they get an out Dodgers win it on the first or second at bat.
