I gotta give it to both teams, they fought hard and made a game out of it. I'm so happy that Virginia pulled off the upset in their own backyard, against a team that beat my Tide 31-17 in the first game of the season. That shows that anything can happen in college football. Kudos to Virginia.

Slightly lesser known games from last night. Arizona State bumped off TCU and 4-0 Houston needed overtime to beat 0-5 Oregon St.

Today a lot of questions will be answered: Can Illinois bounce back? Which team undefeated teams are for real? Just how bad can things get in Los Angeles, Stillwater and Blacksburg? Can Western Michigan beat an FCS team? How good is Georgia, really?

The game I'm most interested in is, of course, LSU vs. Ole Miss. The game with the most curiosity is going to be Penn St vs. Oregon. Despite the teams being a combined 7-0, none of the teams they've played have more than 2 wins so far this year. This will be the first real test for either team.
