I sleep whenever, for however long. I sleep more than I should, honestly. But I can run on just about anything.
I used to work on three hours of sleep and then come back and nap until it was time to go back again (pre and post school care).
But, I am a total fucking night owl. Always will be.
I get anywhere from 6-8 a night, usually about 7. Function fine as long as I don't go days in a row of only getting 6 without any catchup
Mate if sleeping was a sport I would be considered an elite athlete. I also find sleeping during the day easier. Not sure why.If I get anymore than 8.5-9 hours on my days off I feel like shit![]()

Like yeah sometimes I'm done with the day and just wanna sleep 'til morning but I'd have so much more time for hobbies if 1/3 of my day wasn't taken up by sleep while over 1/3 is already taken up by work
