So what!!!! When the f*ck is the Rock going to host Raw. 8.9 rating that week for sure!!!!!!

Don't see why Jeremy Piven should be there, same as ZZ Top, shaq alone is interesting, a nice stare down with Show would be great and he's into wrestling.

Exactly if you are going to give a new GM every week at least make it they are interested in wrestling and or can actually wrestle OR have them as former wrestlers ie the Rock, Austin, Hogan, Flair, Foley (I know in TNA but just an example), Sgt. Slaughter, Eric Bischoff, Paul Heyman heck even Goldust would be more of a legend then ZZ Top like wtf?

Are the WWE that down of ideas to improve ratings that they need to hire celebs for one night only in hope that people who have no idea who or what wrestling is, but know that specific celeb will tune in on monday nights to make the show have a higher rating.... shame on them....

ZZ Top are interested in wrestling, it's just that nobody cared about them.

um this story is incorrect. According to WWE.com he is the host the week after next week. Shaq is on his own.

As his character Ari Gold on the hit HBO series Entourage might proclaim, “Jeremy Piven will be the celebrity guest host on Monday Night Raw in two weeks? That is freaking huge!â€￾

While Piven’s fiery character would likely add a little more spice to his speech, we’re pretty sure you get the idea. WWE is excited to have the multiple Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actor take control of Raw just one week after NBA great Shaquille O’Neal serves as host in Washington D.C.

Piven, who stars on the big screen in the upcoming comedy The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard, also follows in the footsteps of other Raw celebrity guest hosts such as actor and producer Seth Green and Rock and Roll Hall of Famers ZZ Top.

Great! That should serve to nullify anything interesting that Shaq may bring to the table.

How many times has Shaq been on RAW or WWE television before? It always seems like Vince mouths off to him whenever he's around (Kayfabe of course)
