Pat Patterson

Pat Patterson was the first ever IC champ. He won an alleged tournament in Rio De Janerio, Brazil in September 1979. He lost the Title on April 21st 1980 to Ken Patera in New York.

Honky Tonk Man

The Honky Tonk Man won the IC title from Ricky Steamboat on the June 13th 1987 Superstars of Wrestling. He lost the Title to the Ultimate Warrior at SummerSlam on August 29th 1988.
