No Mercy is headlined by Triple H vs Goldberg for the WWE Championship as Triple H regains the WWE title from Kane, making himself a dual champion again. However, Goldberg could end up coming out of No Mercy a double champion himself as he also competes for the United States Championship against Chris Jericho earlier in the night. Also on the card: Team Angle defends the World Tag Team Championship against A-Train & Scott Steiner; Victoria defends the Women's title against Gail Kim; Rob Van Dam defends the Intercontinental title against Shawn Michaels; Los Guerreros battle the Dudley Boyz and Rey Mysterio defends the Cruiserweight Championship against Tajiri

1. Cruiserweight Championship Match

Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Tajiri

As is tradition, some WWE superstars work multiple matches on the Survivor Series card. On the non-Survivor Series matches, new United States Champion Shawn Michaels defends the title against Chris Jericho; Intercontinental Champion Rob Van Dam defends against Booker T and new World Tag Team Champions La Résistance defend against The Dudley Boyz
