Their current academy players are amazing but since they're not established I can't mention them :sad:.
There's more but I can't think atm. Apologies for spelling there. You can not argue with the quality of those players though.

Yeah it's Cruyff who you're thinking of. The current Barcelona philosophy originated from his idea of how the game should be played. It's no surprise considering he was a fantastic player & manager, but the philosophy was progressed and mastered by the greats after him (specifically Guardiola).
Pretty much all Brazil teams have good academies, but that's down to how many talented Brazillian football players they are. Even with Spain as the biggest football super-power, not even they can top Brazil for sheer number of talent.
