Nonsense.... So, if Batista could use profanity and bleed, somehow he would have a more coherently and consistently booked character that would be 'acted' out better?

Pffff... Good luck with that!

remember his run with evolution? better? that would sum up what I was trying to say here about the overall appearance and convincing us about his character and gimmick depth.

Hey, if Hulk Hogan and is still a draw in wrestling, then Jericho sure as shit can be the future. lol.

And it actually pains me to agree with you on PUNK. I genuinely hated the guy. But how they can have taker, impose himself on the show with supposedly phantom attacks and relegate Punk to shaving some random guys hair is beyond me. At least he has character o, and the fact he can work helps.

Because both are WAY better than the crap you watch on Smackdown.

Wow... And how tangiable is THAT?

As insane as I feel for doing it, I still watch the majority of the WWE & TNA product so I wanna know what makes TNA or RAW apparently so much better.

Raw has stunk for most of 2009. Guest GMs have sucked virtually EVERY week, no-one had shit to do apart from the established ME-ers. Talented mid-carders have been rotting on there all year thanks to abandoned pushes & storylines or simply not being featured at all. The current WWE champ can bearly even get any TV time.

TNA are still fumbling about, undermining some great matches with dodgy booking/storylines and are about to embark on this Hogan-era which is looking terribly iffy after just ONE show.

At least SD had a hot few months during the summer (When they dominated the WWE PPV scene whilst IMO, match-wise outperforming both TNA & the rest of the WWE.) and successfully got someone (Punk) over as a credible ME-er.

...See, THAT's how you attempt to make a point. Your smart-ass, one-line bullshit is worthless C4. Next time just don't bother calling my post out to start with.

There was LESS (attempted) depth to Evolution Batista.

He was a mid-card enforcer type that said very little. Stick him back in a role like that (Punk's lackey for instance) and you'd hear no complaints from me.

The guy simply isn't ME callibre in any aspect of his game (apart from maybe the 80's-style steroid abuse! : P ).

I'll ask as I always do as my closing point when debating a defense of Batista... When's the last time he did anything that left a lasting memory? ...Diss Cena, Orton, Taker & the like all 'you' want but at least those guys actually pull off things that are memorable.

Like everything Batista has done since HHH in 2005, this crap with Rey will soon fade from memory just like everything else. Hell you'd even be forgiven for forgetting that the Marquee match that Cena/Batista should have been has even took place.... And Batista fucking won!!!!

@ Dynamo:
Glad you eventually saw the light , bro'! ;o]

Smackdown is miles ahead of raw for wrestling and entertainment if you ask me.

If Edge was here, the show would be so much more interesting

Did someone say RAW was better than Smackdown?

Laughable and idiotic. RAW is quite possibly the worst wrestling show on TV right now.
