Somehow I knew you'd say that. XD I don't like to watch shows that are currently popular because everyone likes them and talks about them and it annoys me. XD

Umm, let's see.. here's a couple that I could think off the top my head.

Heroes - individuals around the world have super powers.
24 - terrorist planning action thriller tv series. Jack Bauer ftw.
Lost - survivors of plane crash lands in a mysterious island. trying to go back home.
Jericho - small town in Kansas that survives a nuclear bomb and left with choices..
Reaper - funny comedy. soul sold to devil, becomes bounty hunter.
Legend of Seeker - action, adventure, fantasy, drama
My Name is Earl - funny comedy show about a guy who's making amends because of bad karma.

those were all the old popular shows and they're canceled/ended by now.

Buffy, as mentioned, is probably one of my top two favorite shows of all time. Quality writing from Joss Whedon.

It's not on Netflix now, but if Falling Skies ever makes its way there...definitely watch that.

Also, I don't think Community is, but find a way to borrow a DVD or something, because that show is gold.
