Democrat Chris Murphy has defeated Linda McMahon, winning the race for Senator in the State of Connecticut.
The loss marks the second straight (and expensive) loss for Linda McMahon, who has now spent over $90 million dollars on a pair of failed bids to become Senator.

McMahon has now spent more money than anyone else in history in failed bids to gain a federal office.
