According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, an incident that occurred leading into NXT Takeover: R Evolution between Kevin Owens, Triple H and Bill DeMott caused some jealousy toward Owens backstage. DeMott was the agent for Owens’ match against CJ Parker and Owens went over his head in regard to a conflict around how the match was booked.

According to the report, DeMott didn’t like the idea of Owens, the big guy, doing a flip dive or that there were so many moves in the opening match. Owens complained to Triple H and the Game told DeMott to let Owens do what he likes. This caused some hard feelings among other talent, as the impression is that the Triple H’s pet talents are allowed to do whatever they like while the rest are micro-managed and not allowed to work the indie style matches that get over with the NXT crowd.

Now the question is, how many were standing their ground like KO did when trying to talk about doing their own things.

I find it hilarious that a fat guy who used a moonsault for his finisher didn't want a fat guy to do a dive over the rope.

But I think this is more related to main roster people being jelaous if anything, where they have a more set formula for how to work a match. NXT is more lenient on that stuff as a whole. They have their own structure, but talent are allowed to mesh it into their movesets more than the other way around.

The lyrics of this song should go like this. Instead of Jim Cornette, it should be sung Bill DeMott.
*Somebody get Bill DeMott, I think he might be mad at me
For turning this entire company into a tragedy
He's trying to keep me outta the battle, it's such a travesty*

Neat. It says "Kevin Steen & Six SecondsMagic".....did he do the lyrics or something? Or is that just because the song is about him?

Not sure if he wrote some of the lyrics, but he did sing some parts, if I'm not mistaken.

Fuck anyone who doesn't have the balls to go to the boss if they aren't happy with something. Grow a set.
