I remember you having issues with your former dwelling so hearing you have a new one (or have a new one very soon) is great news.

Oh yeah. It's a fucking nightmare. It's falling apart, my landlord wouldn't fix shit as he's supposed to and their meth-headed sons used our electricity because our landlady ran it from their trailer to our trailer. They took advantage of it.

Our landlady passed away a couple years ago. She was so sweet. She ran the place extremely well and she bust ass for her age.
