I keep hearing people rave about Plex but I never really looked in to it. I'm guessing it's just a way to organize your collection.

Partially, but mainly its a way to actually stream your digital collection from anywhere once its setup.

Oh that sounds pretty tight. I mostly watch everything on my PC with the occasional couch movie, so not sure how much use I'd get out of it.

I've been sneaking some movies in on my tablet while I'm in bed but I always feel guilty...I feel like I should stop doing that because I'm associating my bed with sleeping less.
