Walking barefoot in my breezeway to throw something in my recycling bin in the dark, I slipped on a step and cut it open and I guess that’s what I slipped on and it’d been in there month eight on the ball of my big toe been a bitch

It should it didn’t get infected this whole time cuz I’m hyper diligent because of my diabetes and it causing foot healing issues
