Now if i saw a legit German food truck then I'd probably expect that to be the best German food I could get here, as with most cuisines in food truck form

Yea... from what I've seen, I think if you wanna have a good, successful food truck, you have to put maybe even more passion into it than if you wanna open a restaurant. ...and that's already a lot.

surprised that's not something I remember my grandpa making when I was little bc he used to hunt them lol but he always just fried them and ate them like little fried meat chips

I mean it makes sense... I don't know how much you'd need for a chili

I remember a time where you couldn't just look up how many squirrels you'd need for a chili within a blink of an eye
