I'll never forget the show I decided that I wouldn't be adding it to my rotation was bc Bubba made me agree with Tommy dreamer it was about an indie guy doing a dumb stunt and I was with bubba until he refused to understand anything from the wrestlers POV when Tommy was like "bro we were in ECW tho, yes we need to educate them now but stop acting like we didn't do the same stuff" and he really argued ECW was way different, it had a pipeline to WWE yeah but not like he was acting like

I did listen to a non busted open interview from mark Henry recently randomly that I liked tho, I didn't even know he was running a Caribbean wrestling fed rn basically as a tourist attraction. He really sounded super into it and had a good business plan and that man ain't the best talker so I don't think he was just selling it well lol

I feel a good rule of thumb for the ex wrestlers might be if you don't see a lot of headlines for their podcasts they might actually be a good listen, they just don't say anything clickbaity lol that or they're super boring

My favorite rn is Karl Stern but he hasn't watched modern wrestling outside a few things in like 15 years lol he talks classic 80s, 90s, or 1800s usually, sometimes he does a 1930s show but he's been taking a break on that one
