What's funny is Adams is always lambasted for his Presidency but tbh I think he and Benjamin Franklin are the two most important people in those early Continental Congresses.

@Jacob Fox conceptual question. My local government had a provision this election to raise term limits from 2 to 3, but it was worded as if they were adding term limits for the first time, not as if they were raising them. Knowing what it was actually doing, would you have voted yes to 3 or no. Also fwiw the Texas supreme Court might already be reviewing if it can stand if it passes bc of the wording

@Chris that is an interesting question. I probably would have voted to raise it because I always research elections I can vote on before hand. So if I knew it was 2 already, I would have voted yes. If I was misinformed and DIDN'T know it was already limited, I would have voted no
