I don't know if I'm delirious but I'm thinking "what if: a WCW-style triple decker cage in a lucha masks vs. masks match

Everyone starts at the top, the last to escape from the bottom loses their mask

The only multi man mask match variation that works is the cage one that has those rules anyway so adding 2 more cage sounds great

Maybe a ladder variation lifting from feast or fired could work too, 4 competitors but only 3 briefcases to grab. Anything that isn't "first losers are actually safe"
