I wish it would be the ppvs included. But they make way to much money off the ppvs to do that. So it probably ends up being something where its discounted if I had to guess. How much of a discount? Who knows.

I feel for the ones that pay 16 or 20 a month for HBOMax without ads only to turn around and now have to pay 40 if they wanna watch AEW live. Tony Khan's one of the last big promoters who think you need $40 dollar PPVs. It's an outdated model.

Neither service ever advertised that you'd be getting PPVs included if you subscribed, so what's the issue? You're either willing to pay for it or not. In this case, no one's having to any more than before. Just people who already have Max and already buy AEW PPVs will be saving a little (negligible amount tbh, I am one of the people who'll be saving money but like... it's $10 here and there, I'm not really popping bottles over it )

Also on the comparison to WWE, the criticism was people seeing the price of something go from $10 to like $30 (I'll be real I'm a Brit so not sure the exact prices) for Americans (use a VPN) where it is a deal where if you have Max you save a bit. The WWE one is them changing the price which is whatever to me if I was going to talk about WWE stuff costing too much
