Taz defeats Raven at the end of 1995 to regain the ECW title and defends against 2 Cold Scorpio in the main event. Johnny HotBody & Tony Stetson pull off the upset to win the ECW tag titles and defend them against Eddie Gilbert (subbing in for an injured Scott Steiner) & Rick Steiner. Also on the card: Sandman vs Dreamer, Public Enemy vs Dudley Boyz and Shane Douglas vs Sabu

1. Opening Match: ECW Tag Team Championship Match

The Suicide Blondes (Johnny HotBody & Tony Stetson) (c) vs. Eddie Gilbert & Rick Steiner



A fast-paced opener with high spots. The Suicide Blondes retain after a double-team finisher.

2. Singles Match:

Shane Douglas vs. Sabu



A brutal, high-flying affair. Sabu wins via disqualification after interference from The Sandman. Post-match, Sandman attacks both, setting up a future rivalry.

3. Hardcore Brawl:

Public Enemy (Johnny Grunge & Rocco Rock) vs. The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray & D-Von)



A wild, chaotic match with tables, ladders, and trash cans. The Dudleys pick up the win with a 3D on Rocco Rock.

4. Rising Star Showcase:

The Sandman vs. Tommy Dreamer



A gritty, hardcore contest emphasizing ECW’s violent style. Dreamer wins after interference from Raven.

5. Main Event – ECW World Heavyweight Championship:

Taz (c) vs. 2 Cold Scorpio



An intense technical and high-flying clash. Taz retains with his signature Tazmission submission.

ECW Big Apple Blizzard Blast

February 3rd, 1996

Location: The Theater at MSG, New York City


For its first excursion into the mecca of pro wrestling, ECW features Taz defending the ECW title against Sabu in the main event while Cactus Jack's "master plan" to bring his own brand of "hardcore" backfires when Sandman wins the Hardcore title that Cactus had specifically made for himself. Sandman pulls double duty since he wrestles 2 Cold Scorpio in the opener as well. Also on the card: Shane Douglas vs Raven, Public Enemy vs The Pitbulls and Super Nova vs 911


Card Highlights:

1. Opening Match:

Sandman vs. 2 Cold Scorpio

A high-energy opener featuring Sandman's beer-fueled brawling against Scorpio's agility. Sandman wins after a skateboard-assisted shot to the head.



2. Tag Team Turmoil:

The Public Enemy (Johnny Grunge & Rocco Rock) vs. The Pitbulls (Gary Wolf & Anthony Durante)

An all-out brawl with chairs and tables. The Public Enemy takes the win after a double-team powerbomb on Wolf through a table.



3. Special Attraction Match:

Super Nova vs. 911

A brutal match with 911 dominating with his size and strength. 911 wins via chokeslam.



4. Hardcore Championship Match:

The Sandman (c) vs. Cactus Jack

A wild, chaotic match involving barbed wire, steel chairs, and trash cans. The Sandman retains after hitting Cactus with a Singapore cane wrapped in barbed wire.



5. Intercontinental Battle:

Shane Douglas vs. Raven

A grudge match full of psychological warfare and brawling. Raven wins after interference from The Blue Meanie, helping him hit the Evenflow DDT.



6. Main Event:

ECW World Heavyweight Championship — Taz vs. Sabu

A highly anticipated clash between two hardcore legends. The match features chair shots, table spots, and high-risk maneuvers. Sabu nearly wins with a triple jump moonsault, but Taz counters with a Tazmission, forcing Sabu to submit. Taz retains the title.

ECW CyberSlam 1996

Date: February 17, 1996

Location: ECW Arena, Philadelphia, PA


CyberSlam marks the ECW debut of Bam Bam Bigelow as he wrestles Taz in the main event while the co-main features a 4-on-3 Handicap Match between Raven & The Pitbulls against The Bruise Brothers and The Gangstas. Also on the card, Shane Douglas vs Sabu, Public Enemy vs The Eliminators, The Sandman vs Cactus Jack and Tommy Dreamer vs 2 Cold Scorpio

Tommy Dreamer vs. 2 Cold Scorpio

A high-energy opener with back-and-forth action. Dreamer pulls off the upset with a DDT after a heated battle.



Main Card:

1. The Sandman vs. Cactus Jack

A wild, brawl-filled match with beer cans and trash cans. Sandman retains after a brutal Singapore Cane assault.



2. Public Enemy (Rocco Rock & Johnny Grunge) vs. The Eliminators (Perry Saturn & John Kronus)

An explosive tag team match. Public Enemy wins after a double-team move off the top rope.



3. Shane Douglas vs. Sabu

An intense, high-flying encounter. Douglas wins with a belly-to-belly suplex, but Sabu earns respect with his resilience.



4. Raven's Nest (Raven & The Pitbulls) vs. The Bruise Brothers & The Gangstas

Chaos erupts throughout. Raven and The Pitbulls secure victory after Raven hits a DDT on one of the Bruise Brothers.



5. Main Event - Taz vs. Bam Bam Bigelow

A brutal submission and power match. Taz dominates with his Tazmission, forcing Bigelow to submit in a hard-fought battle.
