I will say from what I was able to read to all who have just started playing when a cop comes out with a result you go with it unless there is a counter claim. The bus driver was a reach to even think about in a 7 player game if there were 10 or 12 players yes I could see that role in the game.

Always go with a claimed cop intel on day 2. Also pay attention to words like I really trust this player or I really like this player usually means they got a town result on someone but dont want to tip their hand to rest of the scum.

I think everyone played well from what I read and it was a pretty calm game with very little toxicity involved.

I thought about trying to hide that I was cop and try to just get Jean lynched but even in hindsight I don't think it would have worked any better. I probably would have outed myself at some point and idk if it would have seemed better or more desperate at that point. Plus with blaze already outed I thought it was just better to have all the town cards on the table to solve, I didn't think it helped scum as much as town in that case

I think you played it fine. If I get a scum I am putting it out there. With the amount of new players that are trying to figure everything out and seeing that and they think everyone is out to get them it makes perfect sense why they didnt follow you and Jean was convincing and wasnt over the top like he used to do as scum. He stayed very calm and discussed things so it did create that doubt in their minds. It was a good strategy on his part.
