I'm not sure if full on dismissal is appropriate not knowing the details, but certainly worthy of investigation and punishment. To me it will always depend how the victim feels and how the perpetrator reacts.

Sammy fucked up by saying fucked up things, owned up to it and took his punishment, which was light because he admitted wrongdoing and showed capacity for growth. If Jericho shows remorse (assuming this went down the way it did) then no I don't think it's worthy of full on dismissal. But I understand why people feel it should be.

Which is why I stayed a fan. I had a period there where I was kinda iffy but he took his punishment, owned up to it, even talked to Sasha and everything and she I believe forgave him.
