Sometimes with themes you might actually have to pick a song you didn't know, because of the theme. But that also actually made it fun also, having to broaden your horizons.

It was a pretty tough matchup. I actually liked the fact that we both tied in the bonus rounds though.

Just shows you how tough that matchup was if both of our songs tied in the bonus round. Plus, he only beat me by one vote so things could have easily swung the other way.

Getting the bonus point might even be a bigger badge of honor for me in the final round anyway because when I’m locked in, I’m actually usually pretty good at finding songs that I think will win my round but the bonus points are the ones that allude me usually.
