Beth was never even over let alone the best in the division. She constantly was behind LayCool, Mickie, and Melina for a reason. Her career highlights are injuring candice and then dragging her stupidly and Santino. Its silly as calling Natalya a workhorse because she was slightly manly

And kharma got preggers and stole free money, that was her legacy, not even close to being a hard worker in wwe after tons of build
