Ric Flair won the IC title on September 18th 2005 from Carlito at Unforgiven. He lost the title to Shelton Benjamin on Raw on February 20th 2006.

Bret Hart

Bret Hart won the IC title on August 26th 1991 from Mr.Perfect at Summerslam. He lost the title to The Mountie on January 17th 1992 in Springfield, Massachusetts. He won his 2nd title from Roddy Piper on April 5th 1992 at Wrestlemania VIII. He lost the title to the British Bulldog on August 29th 1992 at SummerSlam.

Bret by a country mile though it was cool seeing Ric with the belt.

Flair was a shadow of his former self when he held the title, but it was such a key title to take Bret to the next level, and the match with Perfect is one of the best I have ever seen. The Hitman all the way.
