  1. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

Austin is just saying the right thing. He doesn't want to rule out the possibility, like a certain other Attitude Era star and look like a doofus years later. I think it was also a show of respect for Punk, he is in a lot better shape than he was a few years ago (I remember when he couldn't even...
  2. Dh Smith, Melina, Kozlov....

The only one who bummed me out in a way was DH Smith. I thought he was a good worker, and had a good work, he has solid enough mic skills to get by as a more than servicable midcarder, but I think after the Hart Dynasty split it was the beginning of the end. Kozlov, I could give a shit about...
  3. The Ultimate WWE Experience

I've been to a lot of events. Atleast 10 WWE house shows (have another coming up in October actually), two Smackdown tapings, one in 2003 and the last one was the Smackdown where Punk sang happy birthday to Rey's daughter. I've also been to a couple WCW shows; a house show, a Thunder taping and...
  4. Who is the best heel in the WWE?

This. As for top heel in the WWE it's easily Cole. Nobody realy gets a major amount of heat, even guys like Miz and Truth aren't getting the heat has over the last 6 months or so.
  5. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

This thread went from Punk, to Rider, to McGullicutty/Otunga. LMAO amazing. However, on the Otunga/McGullicutty topic, are they anything spectacular? No. But like I mentioned, the WWE's tag division is in the shitter. If they decided to rebuilt the tag division, they could be a good team to...
  6. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

Otunga/Perfect Jr are a perfect example of two guys, neither phenomenal in any way (Mike is a solid worker, and I liked Otunga's mic work on NXT and early on in the Nexus) but together they just mesh perfectly, very similar to Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch a few years back. If the WWE was...
  7. New CM Punk shirts

yeah Blu Rays, a lot of the major PPVs and some of the 3 DVD sets are released on Blu Ray as well, with like extra features and what not, nothing major but I figure a few years down the road DVDs will be obsolete and Blu Ray will be the norm.
  8. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

I just don't see why he isn't regularly on TV, I'm not rallying to see him in the main event, but just the occasional match/segment on TV with guys like Swagger, Bourne etc would more than suffice, imo.
  9. NFL: Chiefs VS Lions

Re: Hip Hop Discussion Thread Kind of random but, any Chris Webby fans on here? Or am I alone (wouldn't shock me lmao)
  10. New CM Punk shirts

I do, but within my price range. DVDs/Blu Rays, a few figues and tshirts are basically the extent of my wrestling memorabilia collection. I don't get too crazy.
  11. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

On the Ryder topic, I don't see why he is never on TV, he's clearly over with the fans (more so than people like Swagger, McIntyre etc.) and tey are on TV pretty regularly, he isn't half bad in the ring, I would say he's just as good if not a little better than guys like Kofi and Swagger. I'm...
  12. New CM Punk shirts

Yeah, well I still don't think in 10 years, if Punk becomes some megastar they will be worth close to the $300-$500 they seem to be going for on eBay lmfao. I would pay maybe 30 for one of the Chicago shirts and that's a stretch.
  13. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

THIS. I've learned that wrestling fans, internet fans to be exact ARE NEVER FUCKING HAPPY. I don't care, the last 6 weeks or so have been the best television I have seen the WWE put on in atleast 7 years or so.
  14. New CM Punk shirts

But now with the WWE selling the shirts they are gonna be worth about as much as your old Austin WWF shirts now that the WWE is selling them again. Suppy and demand 101.
  15. "That's that SUPER HERO D-Bryan"...

Putting The Miz in the same group as Khali LMAO
  16. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

Just a question.... What the fuck do rating have to do with how enjoyable a feud is or isn't? I understand how ratings on the buisness side of things, but as a fan, nothing more, nothing less. So really to me ratings meam shit to me. I could give a fuck with the ratings are, Raw over the past...
  17. New CM Punk shirts

I've heard that autographs in general aren't worth all that much just because it's so easy to forge them. However, if I owned one of those replica championship belts (have contemplated buying one tbh), as a fan I would love to get signatures of as many former champions I could, just for...
  18. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

I am with you on Rey being factored in, it would make the most sense, and seeing the other options for Rey's Summer Slam opponent there aren't many options, except for the Miz, which I would like to see, they worked a hell of a match on Raw, but Rey losing the title the same night he won it and...
  19. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

Kinda like how it was a 'given' he was gonna win at MITB right?
  20. The Thread of God aka CM Punk

Wrestling fans are fickle as fuck. After MITB I read people bitching that Punk wasn't on RAW the next night, when he was kayfabe "gone" and then when he comes back a week later everyone is saying it was too early!?!?! Make up your fucking minds. edit- Cult of Personality was pretty cool...
