I’m wondering because there’s a wrestling group on Facebook that posted something about Adam Cole being told by WWE he’s not allowed to watch Britt Baker wrestle or he will be sued. I didn’t even think that was possible.
I think it would only be if he was shown on TV if I had to guess but I am no legal expert by any means
but I also think that AEW could show him on TV whether he wanted to be or not if they didn't give a fuck and no legal action could be taken against them. But also I'm pretty sure Britt Baker has been seen at NXT shows? It could just be a WWE thing but if I had to guess, WWE wouldn't care if he wasn't in the front row or anything, but at some point even if he was a legit fan I think it crosses the line of being a part of the show if he's seen regularly at ringside or something.

for one, he was a nobody who I didn't even recognize and I remember watching this Impact live so it didn't do anything to boost TNA by any means
just a dick move to not ask if you could show him
