Lately there's been a lot of praise going around about the Director's Cut, so I'm interested in watching it just to see if its any better than the piece of crap I saw in theatres. I'll probably get around to watching it before we do, just to see what all the buzz is about.

I can't speak on your behalf but it exasperated all the issues I already had with it. If you like Zombie's vision, this is your cut. It's what he wanted before the studio made him radically change it. It makes for a vastly alternate cut compared to the minor differences in the first Director's Cut.

Oh also, bad news. Going to see Spider-Man tonight so I won't be able to make it. I don't understand why Wednesday is the day stuff happens. If I'm able to, I'll still try to get into the LD at a few points even though I don't really remember Halloween 2 all that well.
