For the many who have asked about Will Ospreay in recent days after Andrew Zarian of Masked Men Podcast reported he expects Ospreay is the talent signing this weekend officially with AEW at Full Gear, this is what we can confirm:

-Ospreay's official New Japan Pro Wrestling contract expires sometime in February 2024.

-PWInsider.com can confirm that sources have indicated that Ospreay has already received the blessing of NJPW to explore discussions with other companies. This is why Barry Bloom was hired to handle Ospreay's conversations a few months back.

-There are multiple companies (at least three we have heard of) who are interested in Ospreay and who have reached out with offers to him.

Didn’t Ospreay already say he planned on working TNA in 2024 some time?

But if New Japan has given him an opening to look elsewhere then TK hyping a major signing actually makes sense.

Good for both parties as I’m sure Ospreay will still have freedom to work elsewhere

Well in the promo last night he specifically mentioned "I have time before February" so I assume he can still do Hard To Kill which is what I thought he was referring to since it's in January even if he's AEWs signing

probably will be on Hard to Kill then, just because AEW signed him early doesn't mean he's starting tomorrow, I agree
