What Do you put on your fries/chips?

What types of toppings or condiments do you use for your fries/chips? I ask this because my wife and kids put mayonnaise on theirs.


I mainly use Ketchup or malt vinegar, but can also add melted cheese and bacon.

BBQ is a good shout. They also sell chic-Fila sauce which is good on fries as well as Arby's sauce.

Usually red-white (which is Ketchup & Mayo)... but there are SO many amazing toppings really. Fries with Sauce Hollandaise and bacon is from another planet. ...but even just very well salted can be incredible, depending on the type of fries and salt/seasoning.

I love just sprinkling cheese over chips, it adds so much flavour. I like cheese sauce as well, usually get that when I order a takeaway from the pizza place.
