Too Many Concept PPVs or Is WWE Content?

As we all know, there has been a major shakeup in ppvs in the last year and a half. No more Survivor Series. I never thought it would happen. Still, I looked at just the names of some upcoming ones and snap judgement tells me it's getting weird. Not terrible but, for instance:

Fatal 4-Way- Huh? The championship or main event matches are all in that format? Oook. That match type is fun sometimes but 3 of them and having a ppv for it. I don't know about that.

Money in the Bank- Basically the same feeling. If it's a show that highlights the winner cashing it in then that might work. Sneak attacking after a match is old. Only RVD had a real match for his title. What else could you do for this? Have a money in the bank for the US title?

With that said, I like the way things are going. Personally I thought Bragging Rights and TLC were fun.

If they at least keep all the major PPVs (wrestlemania, royal rumble, summerslam), I'm cool with that and don't mind if the rest are different concepts that they are trying out (and survivor series, as much as I loved it, kinda lost itself over time so I'm not bothered that they canned it). Some of these newer ones are dumb ideas, some are fairly interesting. It's just trial and error and it's cool to see new PPVs.

^^^I'll miss Survivor Series because of nostalgia. I was 8 when the first one was on ppv. I thought it was a great concept until recently. There should've been more stipulations to make it fresh. The 2003 and 2004 matches were great examples of that.

I think that Survivor Series would be better if only one match was a traditional Survivore Series match because otherwise you don't get to see people actually wrestle and if they had it where the captains actually chose their teams, I don't know if they did in the past because I never really paid attention in years past but I know last year they were just random teams of people.
