James “The Sandmanâ€￾ Fullington pleaded yesterday in a guilty in a Yonkers, NY court to a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest, stemming from a fight that occured at Captain Lou Albano’s birthday party back in July. Sandman fined $1,000, had to pay another $200 in court costs and was given a one-year conditional discharge. Sandman was also facing criminal mischief and assault charges, which were dropped in return for the guilty plea.
