The company offered her a new contract as her current one is expiring, but she declined what they were offering her.

this isn't terribly surprising. She never really progressed far enough in the 3 years to even think she could eventually get called up to RAW/Smackdown. And if she has outside offers (sure as hell sounds like OF) then by all means I wish her the best.
