Peele is the perfect guy to be in charge of this. The original Mythos had Candyman who was killed brutally after being in an Interracial relationship. I never seen the Sequels to the original, but I might need to see them all again because this Trailer had me juiced. It's interesting it's almost got me thinking our Main Character in this film is related to the original, or it could be the Candyman is weak being forgotten for so many years he might be living through Anthony. I can't wait to see this!​

I never seen the Sequels to the original

Don't the sequel are awful and ruin/over complex the lore

I was worried at first when this was announced this remake, and when Jorden Peele was announced to make this movie I was still a bit cautious about it. When I seen the trailer I was sold on the movie, though I still have some reservoirs about it.
