    Also I added some bastard roles to the list for extra flavor. For those who are not initiated, a "bastard role" is a role which intentionally messes with the players at the behest of the host. I.e. a role that shows up as an opposite alignment on death.

    I think a good recommendation is usually running with 36 hour Day 1, 18 Hour Night 1, and then switching to 24 hr days and 12 hr nights after. I'm fine with no night posting either, and personally I'd be okay with plurality vote at deadline.
