General Food & Drinks Discussion Thread

We love to talk about food on here, whether it's pizza, chili, food on the grill with special touches, etc, and drinks like beer, wine coolers, a mixed drink, all drinks alike, I'd figure I make a thread, exclusive for all that.

This thread is different from "What was the last thing you ate/drank?" thread, as we discuss food, drinks, and even recipes, to give our members legit discussions on them.

I've fried cube steak for the first time, they turned out great. I'll be doing the gravy soon which it won't take long.

With that, I'm doing green beans, shells & cheese and crescent rolls. Should be a good dinner.

This is the plate I made. I got the cube steak smothered in country gravy, got the green beans and shells & cheese in bacon bits and got a couple of crescent rolls intact. This is some good eating.

Decided that for tomorrow I'm going to make a baked version of a gochuhang wing recipe I've made before (but fried) since I still have gochuhang sitting in the bottom of my fridge and rice vinegar I've barely used for anything else

Ignore the burt marinade, that was by design bc I wanted the carmelized sugars but it went a little OP

You can't really see the sweet peppers in that pic but I diced up two mini orange peppers and cooked with the tots and they're the best part tbh
