GLOBAL FIGHT LEAGUE CONFIRMS TOURNAMENT EVENTS
Following the announcement of a new MMA promotion known as the Global Fight League. There has been a lot of questions or talks in regards to what we can expect from the Global Fight League. A press conference was held today in which GFL founder Darren Owen was joined by the official GFL commentary team of Mike Goldberg, Brendan Schaub and Robin Black. During this press conference Darren Owen revealed the game plan for the Global Fight League. Revealing that the official weight classes will be Heavyweight, Light Heavyweight, Middleweight, Welterweight, Lightweight, Featherweight, Bantamweight, Flyweight, Women's Bantamweight, Women's Flyweight and Women's Strawweight. Owen would then follow up by revealing that the plan will be for each weight class to hold it's own exclusive 32 person tournament with the winners of which being crowned the official GFL CHAMPIONS! Owens would close by promising several bracketology reveals to come which will unveil the fighters and matches for the opening rounds!
