This is why we need a schedule

Why wouldn't people want to write for their own characters? Isn't that... the point? :/

Is Chris Benoit the greatest technical wrestler of all time?

Oh wow, great shout out for Dean Malenko, he absolutely belongs high on the list as well. He's one of the most underappreciated workers of all time IMO. His WCW stuff was unreal. One of my favorite moments ever:

Is Chris Benoit the greatest technical wrestler of all time?

I'm surprised it's taken this long for anybody to mention Bret Hart. Give me Bret Hart and Dynamite Kid over Benoit easily. But Benoit probably belongs in the top 5. And I think Eddie Guerrero is underrated as well, he'd rank highly.

    A brief guide for bookers

Don't worry about qualtiy at first, worry about having fun. The writing will get better over time, you'll be surprised at how much this game can improve your writing skills! As long as there are people who want to have fun and be involved in the game, you can consider it a success.

    A brief guide for bookers

Well, I guess it depends on how many people are interested. I'd say three is probably a pretty good amount for what's going to be a small fed at first, if you need more you can always add them later. We started out with three originally and it worked out fine.

    A brief guide for bookers

Yeah, I think it's important for whoever takes this on to understand that getting everything started is the hard part, and you can't rush into it. When we started our fed, it took a couple weeks before we even thought about booking our first show, none of us knew what we were doing and we just...

    A brief guide for bookers

Ok, so now it's example time. SEGMENTS So here's an example of what a booker might provide for a writer in a segment. This description is rather specific, but it should give you an idea. The part in parentheses is the users that are involved in writing the segment, so that they know which...

    A brief guide for bookers

Alright so Zamo PMed me and asked me if I could make a thread that outlines the booking process, so that people who want to volunteer know what they're getting into. So, here's some advice that I can give... 1. Don't start booking ANYTHING until you have a good amount of characters signed up...

    Confusion..

With our fed, we have a team of four people that is equally in charge of booking the shows, posting the shows once they've been completed and moderating the section. It's way too much work for just one person to handle. We talk a lot over MSN to get shows put together as well, so whoever you...

    Confusion..

If I were to toss a suggestion out there, you might not want to set such rigid schedules for shows starting out (like having shows on a certain day, or PPVs on certain days, etc.) Get used to booking and putting shows together first, then once you get in the flow maybe you'll be able to put...

[POLL] Choose the federation type for Fantasy Wrestling [INFO]

Well, yes... this is true :P The sim fed is run spectacularly though, I think I can vouch for this ;)

    Jack Swaggers Wife

Holy shit, if I was him there's no way I'd want to be on the road away from that 250+ days a year.

Listen to the entrance John Cena will use at Mania vs. Rock!

It's not gonna be Cena's music, but it's still a great song for him. The lyrics go perfectly with that video package they've been showing on RAW.
