Guns are not equal to the livelihoods and freedoms of living people, even in spite of what the Constitution says.

You would have had something if you said a militant atheist who believed that Catholics should be killed en masse had died but man.

I would certainly hope at the very least we could both agree that a far left communist that wanted to kill Catholics is someone that we could all agree is bad but like it shouldn’t be that extreme and I wouldn’t expect you to be mad if I did.

Equivalent has to be someone that is just a political commentator that advocates for liberal or progressive policy like Charlie Kirk advocated for what he considered conservative policy.

Like I tried not to directly address you specifically, but I’m hoping it’s you that actually reflects because i’m gonna be honest one of the most disappointing things I saw today was you specifically on both your discord and on here celebrating this like that probably bummed me out more than the news itself. Like I’ve understood that you’re like much more left than I ever would’ve assumed a couple years ago and I’ve come to be OK with it because again I’m fine with people that I disagree with even that strongly but man, I would certainly hope you’re not that left that a conservative being murdered is something worthy of celebration.

Again, as a person that likes to watch political discussions between two people that have different ideas other than maybe Jubilee that does those videos what other prominent conservative politician is going around the country trying to host these open forums like this? Yeah just advocating for conservative policy.

I’ve always hated social conservatism, but yes, that is considered a socially conservative policy. But if that means that he deserves to die because he was indoctrinated as a kid into believing religious things, then that’s your viewpoint and I can’t change it.

Agreed. I hadn't posted anything about it here, but the nastiness has already really invaded Quora. I severely disliked Charlie Kirk (who went to Harper College while I was attending) but that doesnt mean he deserved to die.

Plus the liberals who celebrate the killing makes the liberals who don't look bad. I have already had people say nasty things to me and I have only spoken against the killer.

But I will make it clear, I am one of the more liberal people here and I am nothing but disgusted by what happened and I am disgusted by the reactions of a lot of people on the right and on the left. All this will do is make the hate more rampant than it already is.
