IWF Cartoons? Nah.

How can cartoons be based upon an internet forum? I think it's a better idea to have them with wrestling as the main picture in mind. Sure there would be made-up storylines, real wrestlers portrayed with 3D characters and backstage interactions.

This is the base production of the ring;

I'm currently working on the crowd and building stands and the titantron and stuff. But most with the lightning has been done and rendered with mentalray.

This is the final production image that comes out;

Pretty basic ring structure but takes a lot of time to have in fully 3D, build it from scratch with cubes and wires;

It's not yet the final image, the crowds.. stands.. guard rails.. titantron, added spotlights and stuff are going to be added in as well.

Characters are animated, it takes a lot of time but I've got characters for most of the wrestlers and they include Hogan, Rock, Jeff Hardy, Lita, Edge, Undertaker, HHH, Michaels, Austin and lots more! They would be included in made-up comical storylines, backstage interactions... from supermarket brawls to love and sexual intercourse in a hotel room, it's all going to be the main focus of the cartoons that are being worked on. The episodes are going to be running by mid-June and I'll upload a video preview soon enough.

Anyways, posted this as an update to the "cartoons" that I'm doing. Probably gonna make the ring bigger, have logos of WWE (with respect to copyright terms) and then add the titantron, stage, lights and crowd and all other things that an arena needs. Can someone get me like 5 to 7 arena shots that I can use as resources? Thanks. :y:

Feedback would be greatly appreciated, help or suggestions as well...

Hey what if you pulled something like this for 1 of the BTB's? It looks like the design is solid as long as you make the ring bigger and add more effects like you said. IMO

I'm looking for good running comical wrestling based cartoons and plots and am not stupid enough to do something for useless BTB's that nobody reads.

I don't waste time on BTB's anymore, they are stupid.

It isn't about the time on my hand, it's about the skills. And I'm pretty much used to everything in Modo, Maya and 3D studios max because of all my school projects. In fact, I'm going to submit this as my Rendering Project 42.4/6.

No offence, but on a scale of 1 to 10 how much more useful is this than a BTB?

10, it's enjoyable and isn't boring at all. Your not reading 100 paragraphs worth of useless booking shit, you're watching something good and enjoyable... now don't question this again until you see it as a video (The video comes in a week or so)

Just let me finish the first episode, when you watch it you're going to love it people, I am 100% sure.

I never said that it wasn't going to be cool. I actually can't wait to see it. But really how is a cartoon useful at all? It is about as useful as a BTB. They are both there to entertain besides that they do nothing. Actually reading a BTB is more useful because it causes you to think, thus burning off energy. When you watch something your brain doesn't have to work as hard as when you are reading something.

^ Looks good.

Do you still need any arena shots? Also, this seems similar to a BTB, but twice as creative. BTW, Wiki has tons of info on the program, just in case you didn't know/may need help with something. Good luck with this. This was a great idea!

You obviously don't understand my point, typing 100 paragraphs and faking reviews for your post count isn't entertaining at all. I'm sure 80% of the members here don't want to read the long paragraphs and get bored.

While watching something good and funny is entertaining, BTB's in no sense are entertaining at all, they are rather boring.

It takes twice the creativity and effort than a BTB and should be twice as much entertaining as a "BTB" is :disgust:

Anyways, I'm always in need of arena shots and if you have some good ones then it would be greatly appreciated if you post them here.
